Celebrate
an all-American holiday weekend with the Caribbean's fifth annual "All-American
Burger Throw-Down!" Four chefs--amateur and professional--compete
in two rounds: Professional judges chose the best burger in Round I, and guests
vote for their favorite in Round II.
As celeb chef Bobby Flay says:
"It's fun to be competitive with cooking because, in the end, we all get
to eat good food."
In 2009, the Caribbean Kitchen's entry,
amateur Judy Dietrich, won First Prize ($400) in the Judge's Round!
She's ready to defend her title in 2010!
