Guest is between the ages of 21 and 25 can book as long as there is only one couple per unit and a security deposit maybe applied, if there is a group of people that are not a couple then they all must be over the age of 25 and security deposit maybe applied.
Misrepresentation of age will result in cancellation of reservation with no refund.

Damage to rooms, excess cleaning, missing items or smoking in rooms will result in additional charges to credit card on file.

All rates may be higher for holiday, conventions, special event and weekend stays, Advance reservation excluded. All rates are subject to NJ sales tax and all other applicable taxes.
1 night deposit is required to confirm reservations 1-3 night stay, 2-night deposit is required to confirm reservation 4 night or longer stay, with check (Return check fee $35.00), or credit card at a 2.5% fee, unless otherwise specified by management.
Balance due upon arrival in cash or credit card at a 2.5% fee, no personal checks accepted at the time to check in,

Deposit refundable (not transferable) only if notified two weeks prior to arrival date and subject to 25 percent service charge.
No refunds on deposits for cancellation within two weeks of arrival date, early check out, inclement weather or no show.

Parking is limited to one space per room. First come first serve! park vehicle on your risk, Caribbean Motel is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicle or contents, oversized vehicle parking is unavailable. If you have TWO cars must be parked ONE car on street at your OWN expense! A meter parking pass will be provided if your room is left Without a spot and MUST be returned at checkout, or a $300.00 fee will be charged!!!
